First rate from making reservations to the time we left. Rooms were great beds so comfortable and I didn’t need a ladder to get in it. Breakfast was really good. Most of all every staff member we came in contact with were thoughtful and helpful. We will stay there every time we come to Little Rock.
It was a good experience staying here at Wingate for 3 nights in Little Rock, AR. I was pleased with their service, breakfast, and the staff's friendliness. There were just a few issues: 1. Once we checked in, the reception handed us the room keys, but they didn’t work the first time. They fixed them, and we tried again. Strange enough, we saw someones's staffs were there in the bed and it seemed they hadn't checked out. We immediately reported this, and they changed our room. It was surprising how a room that hadn't been checked out could be assigned. 2. The room's AC made a loud noise every time it started to cool. Apart from those issues, overall it was a good stay.
Very clean rooms, very quiet. Reasonably priced. Great complementary breakfast. Good parking(plenty). Side door outside key slide did not work properly but that’s just the way it goes. Definitely a great place to rest and relax.
The hotel was very clean! I loved that! The staff was very helpful and engaging. Braden at the front desk was great. He greeted us and made sure our stay was a good experience. The only issue we had was Netflix not working on the remote/TV but no biggie. I'll stay here again!!
Have to admit I wasn’t impressed as in previous stays at Wyndhams & a bit let down by some of the previous reviews (which was one of the reasons I picked this establishment). Room and bed were comfortable. Could hear neighbors arrival and dispute next morning. So not much soundproofing if any. Staff was slow to greet or acknowledge my arrival, but pleasant upon acknowledgement. For my one night though, accommodations were pleasant and acceptable. If necessary, would possibly stay again if in area.
This is a wonderful hotel that is located very close to our family. The entire staff was so accommodating and made you feel very welcome ! It is a little older building so it does has a few small maintenance issues. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.
Stayed overnight for next-day procedure at heart hospital. Fourth floor room was very clean and quiet. Free breakfast was nothing real outstanding, but it was good. Would definitely stay again.
Great price for the area. Just blocks from Baptist Health which was why we were there. Other needs also close by. Room was clean and comfortable some items out of date and not working i.e. in-room phone for contacting the desk. TV had limited viewing options. Internet worked fine. Breakfast was great, staff was great overall a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Quiet residential area with outdoor Shackleford Crossings mall, plus a roller rink & batting cages.

Short, honest notes are more useful than long ones. A few sentences about what worked, what surprised you, and who the hotel is best for will go a long way.
